Can anyone help please? Does True Internet have an English speaking help desk and if yes, on what number? I listen to internet radio on www.lbc.co.uk all the time and a month ago I stopped being able to get it. It's not the hardware so I'm trying to find out what's going on. It's an innocuous, UK-related talk radio station so no reason to ban it. Is there any way of finding out?

Wow! That's so strange! We have 4 computers in the house and can't get it on any of them, all of a sudden. Any ideas? Everything else (including other internet radio stations) work fine!

Could you please tell me how you listened? I mean Windows media player, Real or the LBC player?

I went to the link you provided (first time) and clicked on "listen live" under the "Get involved" heading.

got a list of two stations (Listen to 97.3FM stream and Listen to 1152AM stream), clicked on the play button of each station and an integrated (IE6) Win Media-player starts up and - bingo.

Have you tried to disable your firewall and antivirus software for a short moment to see if they may block the site?

That site is linking to a blocked in "DE" advertising site and IE7/Vista will not accept the cookie on my computer. There is a privacy icon at the bottom of the selection tab giving the information. Click on that and you can probably bypass the filter if you want.
