Not sure what this stuff is. It is in long-necked bottle and she says it tastes real nasty. She drinks the stuff only as a last option measure to clear her bowels after not being able to for several days. It works, she craps all night when she takes it.

This stuff has nothing to do with bowel clearing. It's a woman's tincture to clear up menstruation problems...Thai women like to take this if their periods are irregular or problematic. Perhaps she wants a baby!
