18 Hole Golf Course To Be Built At Prem?

Last week I was talking to a guy I know who owns a house near the Prem school. He was telling me that Prem or some JV partner was going to be building an 18 hole golf course adjacent to the school. At the time I thought he may have been either repeating or starting a rumor so made no further enquiries. Since then I've heard the same story (rumor?) from two other people who don't know each other or the first guy. Does anyone know if this story is true or not?

The new Golf Academy does have 1-2 holes, but as yet the Parents Association has not heard, of any plans for something more substantial. Then again, it does make sense, and fits with the general style of the owner, who seems to be adding new facilities to Prem Center, of which P.T.International School is just a part, as fast as he can !

Good point. They are real eyesores and totally detract from the image of the whole place. And unless some real signposting has been installed lately, or car park chaps with brains, just try finding the main facilities from the car park!

As the number of boarders at the school, or at the new residential Princess Diana English-Language School, rise then the completed accomodation-buildings will become insufficient, so they may complete more of the unfinished ones, one hopes.

You can also lease an apartment at Prem, which I understand is a return, to the original business-plan of the mid-1990s. Contact Prem Center for further information.

Before I went to Prem, I was told that the 2nd floor of the library would be finished within a year. It took them four years but now it's completed. Haha.

What is the new residential Princess Diana English-Language School? What grades are taught, how many students are enrolled, what do they teach, how long has it been open?

They have offered apartments for rent for some time now. How many have they rented?
