Yeah right, where? maybe you mean 30 mins. Even my massage place by my wives house in Mae Jo is 250 baht since last year. I see 300+ baht prices in the city often as they're taking advantage of all the tourists. -

Controlling hunger
I also suffer from intense night cravings, but I just deal with it the natural way plus some trick to fool the brain. What helps me most is plain soda that you can find anywhere for reasonable prices and it fills your stomach giving a false sense of satiety and is caffeine-free so anytime, one bottle and there's less hunger. I've been here for just over a month and dropped quite a bit of weight doing intermittent fasting. Record is 5 days at a time without food so it can be done and then you can treat yourself to a japanese hot pot buffet. This is how it works if you are serious about weight loss, physical activity aside. Good luck! -

Lack of business sense
I sometimes feel sad when I see people opening business that are obviously doomed to failure. Wishful thinking? Stupidity? Failure to do basic market research? Or, maybe they just don't care and they want to run money through a business, with or without customers.
