I am plotting to invest in international equities at some stage but I need a broker.

Given that I am from the UK and live in Thailand where/how is the best way to get a broker?

My needs are:

to pay as little tax as possible on earnings/capital gains

to have access to an online service with a wide range of international equities (us, canada, europe, uk, japan etc)
