Art Materials Available Anywhere In Pattaya?

I'd like to buy some art materials in Pattaya, preferably acrylic, but also considering oil/watercolour. Has anyone discovered sources for good quality materials?

Friendship supermarket, first (top) floor (South Pattaya)

But don't expect too much. My ten-year-old daughter shops there and she is getting frustrated by lack of the things she really wants. She describes them in Thai, but doesn't know the English.

It's a good selection for school art classes or home hobby work, but not for the dedicated professional.

There's a halfway decent stationery store which should have a lot of art stuff near Foodland.

It's on the same side of Central Road as Foodland perhaps 30 meters up towards Sukhumvit.

This is the place for those supplies. Go exploring it is a bit of a rabbit warren, but they have huge range of things.

Thanks everyone, heading into Pattaya today, so will check out the one near Foodland first, as it sounds best and is much more convenient location for me. Will report back :o

You might never come home, very easy to get lost in Silipaban, one of those places you can browse for ever and every day find something new. I wonder how many missing people are in silipaban

Had a look at Silpaban and eventually went to Central Department Store (Chitlom) in Bangkok. Bookstore on the 7th floor has a far better selection of artist materials.
