We got our Sons Birth cert translated into English in Soi Post office (13) Pattaya. This was in 2006 and I think it cost around 1500 baht. This translation was later accepted by the Home office and passport authority in the Uk for him to get a British passport.

I don't remember the name but if you walk up the Soi from the beach it's halfway up on your right. There are a few places advertising document translations on their windows.

If I remember right we picked it up the next day.
