Contractors For Condo Needed

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am looking for recommendations for contractors in Pattaya for doing up a new studio shell condo unit. I will need all the usual - electrics, some plumbing, tiling, painting etc in the studio room but not bathroom. I am looking mainly for a single contractor to oversee the whole job, rather than individuals to do different ones, and must be used to working for farangs and can speak good English. A flair for design would be handy too.

Thanks.

Or talk to Norhtern Thai realty, who have a construction contractor tied to them, used to doing Western-standard work.

There is a poster by the name billaaa777 who does this type of work. Suggest you contact him for some him for some tips, ideas, referrals, etc.

Rosegate Consultants do a lot of advertising, I think mainly as a go-between. Might be a bit expensive, but might also give some peace-of-mind. But I have no first hand (or second hand for that matter) experience. But I would use someone like that next time I undertook a building or total renovation project...

Luk is his name and is a general contractor here in Pattaya and you will not pay over the top.
