wineaux Posted April 10, 2008 Share Posted April 10, 2008 Hilton to manage new property in Pattaya Wednesday, April 09, 2008 Hilton Hotels together with CPN Pattaya Beach Co. has just announced the launch of a new 300-room property in Pattaya opening in 2010 is expected to be managed by Hilton Hotels. The Hilton Pattaya, an upscale full-service hotel, is expected to become part of the exciting new 240,000m² Central Festival Pattaya Beach complex. “The Hilton Pattaya will be a fantastic new offering, answering to a growing demand for upscale accommodation in Pattaya, among leisure travellers from Thailand and overseas,” said Koos Klein, Hilton Hotels Asia Pacific President. In response, Kobchai Chirathivat, Central Pattana Public Company President & CEO, said, “The Central Festival Pattaya Beach complex will be the newest and most sophisticated development in Pattaya, and a must-see attraction in itself. “We are pleased to work with Hilton Hotels to ensure that we can offer the best in accommodation and service in Pattaya.” When opened, the main lobby of the hotel will be situated on the seventh floor, with guest rooms to then be located in the 15 storeys above, allowing for views of Pattaya and Pattaya Bay. An exclusive ground floor entrance will also be available on premises, along with Pattaya’s first premium ‘sky restaurant’ overlooking the bay on the 25th floor.
