Cheapest Way To Phone S Korea

Anyone know the best way to call S korea from a mobile phone? Thanks

dial 001 or 008 or 009 before you dial the number

001 - 30 THB a minute, but very good line

008 - 8 THB a minute

009 - 9 THB a mintue

Both 008 and 009 sometime do not work those as many people are using these lines

Yeah I call friends and business associates there often.

When I use my cell I use 009 to exit then 82 for S. Korea country code.

I don’t fuss around with call rate so I am not sure witch one is the cheapest.

But they seem to be all good.

Using 009 to exit seems to be cheaper then dialing 001.
