Exif Viewer

Featured Replies

Has anyone got a link to download a good Exif viewer which will show the FULL image details and the attached IPTC

Much appreciated

Hi "The Vulcan",

Have you tried Opanda IExif

KanWin - Opanda only seems to sit on Firefox which I don't use - prefer Safari

Thanks anyway

FastStone Image Viewer is available for free and believe is on the Thaivisa download section. This is a full featured photo viewer with image adjustment built in to it. When you open an image, just move the cursor to the right side of the screen and the EXIF information will pop out. Moving to the left pops out image tools.

http://www.faststone.org/

There is also FastStone MaxView which I believe more streamlined but gives the EXIF info also. > http://www.faststone.org/FSMaxViewDetail.htm

These also support several RAW formats.

Ah, not a bad little program but it only shows the metadata details. It's the full IPTC range I need

Sorry about that. I've done the IPTC editing not that long ago and since reinstalling XP forgot which program I used. I believe it was Photomeister and I believe Irfanview will do it also. I will have to check my file server but whichever I used allowed me to fully edit the IPTC information which I needed to generate an HTML album with the Notes information showing.

//Edit - just tested Irfanview and it does show the IPTC range but you need to download the plugins from the site also. All above are free. Disregard the Photomeister.

Yes, that looks the one - thanks a lot

Thanks Tywais - just downloaded and installed Irfanviewer with additional plugins. Flips through my 60MB files like they were jpegs! Every piece of embedded data on full view and so easy to modify/attach

Very impressed - didn't realise it also came with an ftp facility. This will make my life a lot easier.

And I love the quick search Google bar

Best download this year for sure

Your guidance much appreciated
