Hi, I have several tourist visa in my passport form from KL, 2 from Lao, from Penang 1 or 2 years back even Shanghai. I know most say the best place to get a double entry is lao. I just do not want to stand in that long line in the hot sun or rain. The 2 trips I made in the past was ok but it it was in the fall and winter months. I was thinking of KL. I had been to KL before with no issue. I do own a condo and it seems showing the aper work on that does help so had no issues any place I have gone so far. getting 1 or 2 entry does not matter much. I would like to go to someplace other then lao. I am looking at KL, Shanghai, Penang, maybe manila. Please let me know thanks agian

KL and Penang will be OK, don’t know about Shanghai, Manila will most certainly refuse it.

I do not know of any consulate in the local area that would give a double entry tourist visa besides Vientiane. Maybe some places in Australia, but that is not really in the local area.
