Maybe a foolish question as TIT.

But are there any rules/regs that are/should be /could be enorced in relation to times when building/construction can commence /discontinue?

Simply - what time can construction commence and what time should it cease?

Sensible answers preferred.

It would depend where it is?

I'm guessing someone is building next to your residence rather than in an industrial estate? (My jobsite works 24 hours)

Generally from 8 am to 6 pm and to work longer permission must be obtained from (??).

Talk to the builder about his "Good Neighbour Policy" and if there isn't one then complain to the local police and the City Hall where the building permit has been issued, and complain daily and get other neighbours in on it too.

The odd thing is that Thai construction projects seem to work all hours and yet a simple remodel of a condo takes 8 months minimum.
