I think there is one going on the 2nd floor at View Talay Residence 3 at the moment, the price from memory was about 2.5 million Baht (56 sq metres).

I have a 48 sq m studio in VT Residence 1 on the 7th floor overlooking the pool. I'm buying a bigger one not too far away that should be completed in October and am considering renting out my VTR1 condo or selling it.
