Visa For Greece From Uk Visit

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I have known my thai GF for about 1 year. I am currently in UK and she is in BKK. At the moment we are submitting a visa application for Mareya to come to the UK for a couple of months, staying with me. I have sent al the usual stuff to the agency.. bank statements, proof of relationship etc etc and I see no problem with her getting the visitor visa, particularly as she has to go back to Thailand around 10th August as her sister want's to pa for her to fly to Japan to help her look after her to be son born first child.

Now whilst Mareya is here in UK, i thought I'd go to greece to visit my sisters family as I promised i would. So, i thought I'd kill two birds with one stone.

Now, do I get Mareya to apply at Bangkok Greek embassy, or do I wait until she is in UK and go to London, or as I have seen on another web page, will the greek staff let her through as she will have details of her UK visa in her passport...?

Anyone got any ideas please..

Cheers in advance.

Carl.

PS: Makes you realise how lucky we are in the UK to be able to literally go anywhere in the world with no need for a visa...!
