My wife and l have been married 5 years together 6, we have a daughter who is 4 years old and we have decided to apply for settlement visa to the UK. Is there a minimum requirement for the amount of time you have spent together in the past 12 months, as there seems to be with the aussie settlement visa ???

l have spent alot of time in the UK during the last year because of work commitments, and very little in Thailand, is this likely to go against me ??

Your thoughts on this matter would be greatly appriceated thanks. :o

No, but the visa officer will expect to see that the relationship is subsisting.

Scouse.
