Sorry, but I have be trying to search for the latest requirements needed to renew my retirement visa in JOMTIEN. i went to the government website listed on here but it wouldn't work and most posts have been about the 3 months for the 800k. is this all i need for a third renewal from memory?

Tm.7 form filled out both sides showing reason to extension as retirement period 365 or 90 days?

800k in the bank [has been there for over 3 months just in case]

letter from the bank manager showing the 800k in the bank [or will a copy of the appropriate pages in my bank book or from the internet do?]

doctors letter

copy of passport front page

one photo 4 x 6

money for visa and multiple entry option

thanks for the help

No need at all for a doctor's certificate!

You absolutely need the bank letter. Preferably dated the same day or the day before.

You also need a copy of your bank book activity history.

I would also copy the original visa, entry card, and latest entry stamp page.

BTW: I am still seeking actual reports about the topic of NOT needing the 800K to be in the bank 3 months before for SUBSEQUENT (not first time) retirement extensions:

The medical requirement was done away with a few years ago.

But there has been reports of a couple of offices being a bit behind the times and asking for one.
