I assume when you post "what's the best deal", you mean "what's the cheapest place". Walking around, you'll find condos for 750K-1,000K THB, both under construction and completed. You will not be able to get a mortgage for that amount of money. Too, if you're planning to buy at that level, and can't afford to pay in cash, you probably shouldn't move here.
