Neeranam
10 pm last night in central Khon Kaen, trees blown over and much flooding. I couldn't get the car along Mitraphap road(highway 2) . baht&sold
On the historic day of Nov the 6th, 2004, BMW asked a seemingly simple question: Will it Rain in Bangkok this evening? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> which Dave Thailand replied innocently enough: Will rain in pattaya next thursday afternoon? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Resulting in 1040 replies and 14,638 views (thus far) Could BMW please step up to the podium? Dirk3
What you think of the Netherlands, today 30/31 degrees. Tomorrow raining cats and dogs. After a few days only 10 degrees, and we can open the heating again! Why the people get sick here?
Ajarn
How about hail? This pm in Chiang Mai, we had 2cm ice chunks... More like the shape of a quartz crystal, vs the round shape I usually see. Notice the splashes in this grab-shot.
PeaceBlondie
That rain in late afternoon in CMai was something else. First it came directly off Doi Suthep, eastbound, about 45 miles/hour. then it reversed, and switched again. FIVE hours without electricity on the northern half of CMai. Really eery after dark - from Tha Pae gate north, everywhere except Central/Kad Kaew, no lights, almost no traffic lights. The lights came on around 9:45, right in the middle of some hanky panky in the bedroom -- "Oh, now I see you!"

Neeranam
It's been raining in Khon Kaen today. The rainy season is still not here though it has rained for the last few days. Still waiting for that "change in the air" bringing "cool" temperatures. I predict another week until it comes. RDN
It has been chucking it down in Phuket. And with some very strong winds too - lots of big papaya trees blown down, I suspect. But nice and cool outside. And it's just started again . I expect UBC to pack up soon, and the internet, and electricity. But at least there's water

If you can't see Pendle, it's already raining." Two very different worlds.
