Us mere mortals who do not live in tropical climes do get a bit excited about a bit of sunshine which peeks its head throught the clouds occasionally.

Then we get our t shirts on and act like yobs just like your common or garden tourist... so you should be glad that it is sunny sometimes over here - at least they're not over there...

It´s raining in my room!

I live just at the end of the runway in geneva and there is a temperature thingy and today it says it is 19 degrees!! which is hot for this time of year but the snow starts next week again.

I like to live in a country where there are definite seasons - Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring.

I would hate to live in all year round heat (well maybe...)

It's very hot in Khon Kaen - it's great! Every time I feel too hot I remember working North of Shetland on an oil rig with sideways snow, or Helsinki in the winter when there is only 5/6 hours of daylight.

I remember riding my skidoo up in the mountains. Wet, sleety rain that froze soon after hitting you.

When I got to my destination, I couldn't lift my arms or remove my backpack, as I was coated in a thick layer of ice.

I had to bang my shoulders on a tree to break the ice apart. (I was dressed warm enough though).

I sure don't miss that here, even when it does RAIN once in awhile !
