Two weeks later no replys.

Anyone a baker who is interested in trying some recipes?

I have to say the gluten free bread that I have tried have all been awful one was passable for toast.

They were only available in health food shops [amsterdam]

I make a batch of blinis and freeze them use buckwheat

you may have to find recipes for rice cakes :o in Pattaya.
