Where is the best Wifi spot in Hat Yai?

By best I'm primarily referring to download speeds and security, and secondarily to the environment of the establishment---for example, a quiet coffee shop would be more to my liking than a place with 30 teenage boys playing online games.

I like Peaberries cafe, on Ratyindii near where it hits Phetkasem, near Carrefour.
