Nrt - Bkk Return Trip Every Six Weeks

Hello,

I need your help. I used to live in LOS and now live in Tokyo. My wifes braces were done in BNH and the dentist here in Tokyo is a complete rip off. She has about 1 year left and I was wondering what the cheapest way to get to NRT - BKK return would be. She would just go to BNH and return, so say 3 day total, every six weeks, a total of 8 trips.

Any suggestions for the cheapest flight?

This site is better than others, will let u do it all online and no group ticket like No.1 Travel

I've been going NRT-BKK-NRT for 5 years, probably 35+ times.

Discount tickets NRT-BKK

The site is well known among expats, they live off us as ANA and JAL are hard to navigate to non-Japanese speakers.

TTM's link is pretty nice.

I've flown that leg 5-6 times over the past few years. UAL used to have very reasonable fares but I don't think they do these days.

Suprisingly, I just did a quick Yahoo travel search for that leg in October and JAL came up with a $380 USD RT. I don't know if that is a mistake, but it is a great fare. Everything else is double or more.

Look how ticket price doubles....from that discount site. All are like that:

Airfare (Detail):

AIR TICKET(OVERSEAS) JAL 67,000 X 1 67,000YEN (~670US$)

INTL AIRPORT TAX TAX 2,340 X 1 2,340YEN

FUEL SURCHARGE 40,600 X 1 40,600YEN

AIRPORT FACILITY CHARGE CHUBU 2,500 X 1 2,500YEN

Total Due 112,440YEN (~1120US$)

It's never been good time to travel on one's own money from Japan....now we can say it's never been worse.

Since fares out of Japan are very expensive, it may be cheaper to just book oneway out of Japan and then book another airline oneway ticket from Thailand. For instance on www.moxtravel.com. Hope this helps...

You just posted plain junk.

What I posted before was a reservation that comes out when you try to book one of those "cheap" flights from your post.

The prices double or even triple when you come close to booking them.

Unless their policy has changed, Yahoo Travel's prices are all inclusive. Your point is taken and I will recheck.
