I have a bunch of old reel-to-reel tapes that I'd like to convert to cd, some 2-track and some 4-track. But I no longer have a reel-to-reel machine so can't convert them myself.

If you looking for an machine, there two places to go: 1. at Pantip Plaza on the 5. floor in the back, beside of Carpark and the other is at Sunday's morning at Klong Thom Market in Bangkoks China Town in Flea Market which is there every Sunday morning.
