September 2, 200817 yr My wife was offered a piece of land in the south near Chumphon for 5million baht it has palm oil mature trees producing now, it has easy access and there are 40 rai..looking for opinion and price per rai if anyone has experience Sounds awfully high...unless there are several producing oil wells also on the land(joking)...Personally, I would pass...Try to put the numbers to it and check the return and cash flow...Bet they are both negative for a long time... I have bought chanote titled land around Udon with 3 - 5 yr old rubber trees for 40 - 50,000/rai... Stoneman
