Lawyer Required-- Taking School To Court

Recommended Posts

Posted

Hello.

First post on here but I have been in Pattaya for several years.

Very briefly, I work at a Bilingual school opposite the Big C. I,m sure you all know which one it is. Having had to return to the UK for an ear operation I return to find out that a) The jerk-off Principal has not paid my salary that was due for time worked and :o Dismissed. Well, actually replaced with no notice to myself.

I have looked at the Thai Labour Protection Act and believe I have a decent case but can anyone recommended a good lawyer in Pattaya to deal with this?

Thanks in advance.
