Have you checked out TukCom for *Garmin*? First floor with all the Sony goods and maybe IT Center on the 5th floor?

At Tukcom, I only found a computor shop that has a display with brocures of an online dealer the guy in the shop didn't know any more about it he gave me a brocure but I don't like buying online, I didn't find them at the Sony shop.

I guess I'll have to go to Bangkok for this.

Thanks for the replies.

I bought my Garmins from the US but bought the maps from Gadget Trend in Bangkok. Their service is great. Here's the link;

Gadget Trend will EMS anything in their shop direct to your home. Address your email to a guy named Art. He speaks excellent English and he will answer any questions you have.

Seconded.

I didn't find the people in Tuk Com particularly helpful or knowledgeable whereas Gadget Trend's service has been excellent. And the shop at the Homeplace Building is convenient if you wanted to check it out. Bus from Pattaya to Ekamai and from there a very short journey to Soi Thong Lor.
