Check the pharmacy - think genuine viagra is 500bht a tablet, least it was around that a number a years ago when my mates decided to give it a try.

Your only hope really of reasonably increasing your chances of getting real stuff is to go to a hospital, see a doctor and get it from the hospital pharmacy. Even then it might be a copy. Cost will be about the same as buying what is almost surely a copy from a pharmacy.

However, the Indian generics sold under the table at pharmacies are probably real functional Indian generics and not copies of Indian generics. Although I might be wrong......

If in doubt, you can verify your purchase with the manufacturer. The boxes all come with batch numbers and bar codes. If you email the manufacturer with the info, along with where purchased, most US or EU based manufacturers will reply back. If you do not purchase in a hospital, go to a reputable pharmacy. For example, Boots has quality standards.

Genuine shi*e in the pharmacies - if you pay a low cost I would assume it would most likely be dodgey.

There is no such thing as a genuine Viagara or Cialis in gel form. Only the generic viagara from India comes in a gel. (it's called Kamagra) I have never seen Cialis in a gel.

You do. The ED drugs are prescription only in Thailand.

Purchasing without prescription is illegal and can result in fine or even imprisonment...and also often involves counterfeit products.

BTW there is a Thai made generic equivalent to Viagra, brand name is Elonza. Less expensive and also less likely to encounter a fake. See a doctor and ask for it.
