If she is a Thai citizen than a look through the classifieds and calls to the local hospitals should be enough.

If she is farang, you can pretty much forget about her finding a job in LOS. It would have to be exceptional circumstances for a foreign health care worker of any kind to get hired here.

If she is Thai, than a check at the major international hospitals would be a good choice. Bumrungrad, Samitijev, Bangkok, Vejthani, and many other international hospitals prefer Western educated staff fluent in English.
