When I had a Candida imbalance my doctor instructed me to remove sugar from my diet for 6-8 weeks and it worked a treat. That meant no sugar in the form of alcohol, additives,fruit or even artificial sweeteners etc..

I didn't have any specific medication but was supplementing with multivitamin and garlic tablets.
