Nok Air Online Booking

over the last two years I never had a problem booking online using the nok air website.A few days ago after having detailed the dates and the from and to locations and wanting to continue the following warning appeared:There is a problem with this websites security certificate.to continue to this website is not recommended.

I send an e-mail to nok air no answer up to now.I contacted 1318 but the operators did not understand the problem.I asked them to give me a fax number which will work because the fax number on the website for the bangkok office did not.They did not give me one.Has anybody encountered a similiar problem during the last few days with nok air?I know one can continue but it was not recommende.

More information required - what was the problem with the certificate? You often see this warning if the certificate is issued in a different name, in Nok Air's case this could be quite plausible. I'll have a look myself a little later - I'm just on my way out.

now it seems OK, but it is new maybe it was expired.

I see their website still takes an eternity to load - I didn't get round to checking the certificate as I was fed up of waiting.

They were good. Dropping DMK-HKT just before high season was a big mistake.

Have you tried again? H90's post would seem to be the answer. There was possibly a gap between the expiry of the old certificate & commencement of the new one.

Have you tried again? H90's post would seem to be the answer. There was possibly a gap between the expiry of the old certificate & commencement of the new one.

Yes I have tried again using firefox and the explorer it does not work any more after having selected the flights and wanting to continue the warning came.Maybe its my PC after all.
