Appreciate any advice from anyone here who has experience in upgrading to a Chanote from the level below it (forget the name).

We're talking about a piece of land in the family that has been told will be upgraded to full chanote ie the land dept/whoever has surveyed and said it will pass.

How long does it take?

What are some of the differences for land-holder rights etc.?

Anything else worth knowing??
