Could someone tell me who you can turn to when a government run hospital does the wrong thing.

Is there anywhere you can complain to and it will be taken seriously?

It is a government help desk and they where very helpful to my wife and I recently when we had problems with a government hospital.

I don't know whether or they speak Emglish.

NHSO is the National Health Security Office

it's all in Thai, pretty sure anyplace you might contact will be so need to have a Thai speaker do it if you are not fluent.
