Hi There,

married with Thai wife I still stay within a 90-days stamp, based on multiple entry non-o, that's "enter before"-date was 30th October.

Unfortunately now I have to do a business trip to Europe. The embassy there promise to grant non-o visa within 5 days if asked for directly at the embassy (information from thair website). I will stay in Europe 12 days, that gives 7 work days as result. Papers are complete and prepared.

However: must I expect any problem as I ask for the new visa short time after the old one run out? Did anybody else do this? Do they refuse non-o visa without any reason sometimes? I'm worried as my wive and my baby stay here and it would be terrible if I could not return immediatly after the business is done in Europe.

As always: heartly thanls in advance!

I have never heard of anybody being turned down for just completing one visa and asking for another and there is nothing legaly stopping you from getting another visa.

In other words don't worry abouut it. People do it all the time.

You should not have any problems. You can always get a Re Entry Permit and keep your current stay alive if you wanted to.

Why are you not applying for a yearly extension?

Why are you not applying for a yearly extension?

Would like to do this, unfortunately my business trips start always within 24 hours, so I just do not have the time anymore. Next time I will choose the easy way, I promise :o

Nevertheless i thank you very much as I feel better now. When You have a small child you always worry about everything.

Best regards!
