saw the news a few days ago and see that a highish up cop shot himself in the head,for no obvious reason,while at work in pattaya police station.surprised it didnt make the news clippings here.

im also surprised he did it at work and as reported without any arguement or hassle of some kind......why do it there and then?. i guess theres more to this than meets the eye. was it him that shot himself or another officer that did it???? now that wouldnt surprise me but theres no way that would get out to the press especially as thailand/pattaya suffering from lack of tourists as it is

It was reported that he owed 450.000baht to someone and was having difficulty paying. One would have thought that if the money was owed to the mob some sort of arrangement could have been agreed to. But he may have been a righteous man, a man of honour. And if that is the case all good men will mourn his departing, which was long before he was due.
