Start Time: 9am (set up from 8.30am)

Venue: Prem Center, Mae Rim

Cost:100 baht includes bbq breakfast

Description (bike and run distances are approximate)

200m Pool swim

8km cycle(includes sections of unsealed road)

1500m run

Concludes with Bbq breakfast for all entrants.

Relay and shorter options available for families and children.
