Price Of Thailand Exported Cassava Chips

Featured Replies

Can somebody inform me the latest price of Thailand's exported native cassava chip (dried cassava)? My company is based in Jakarta, Indonesia and we are going to produce bio-ethanol from cassava. So we need to procure cassava chips from outside the country for our business.

If there's a cassava exporter here, can you please inform me how much do you usually sell your cassava outside your country? Here's the information that I can give you regarding our necessity:

Commodity: Native Cassava Chip (Dried cassava)

Quantity: 20,000 tons/month

Discharging Port: Tanjung Priok, Jakarta

Terms of Payment: L/C at sight or Telegraphic Transfer

Delivery Time: January-February 2009

I need to know the price for FOB and CNF Bangkok. Just email me at <snip> if you have any information on this.

Thank you :o

I suppose the prices given in the site you gave me are the domestic prices, I already calculated the price per ton and it's only for USD 99.4/ton for the month of january itself, how about their export price? Cos what I heard about it that the current export price is USD 170-180/ton but I'm not quite sure about it also since I haven't gotten reconfirmation from the exporters that I have inquiried to.

Anyways, thanks so much for your help. :o
