A friend from India ask me of Thai cooking school..

seem like he will come here in LOS to take short-term studying..

what if he is just a friend who is similar to me (weak!!!), so I can introduce some of schools here..

but he is now an exec-chef in a fine hotel in Bangalore...well...I (have to) speechless.. :o

Is anyone here taking the class ? I don't need the hospitality programme

just a short course..like 3months and teach in English...

Thanks in advance ka.

Oh..sorry..

I mean..I need a recommended cooking school in Thailand for student who is not Thai

and already be professional chef in other cuisines...I mean the student want to learn THAI CUISINE.

and the course will not include Hotel Management or Tourism as a university student will do.

As I know now, there are OHAP, Dusit Thani College, Blue Elephant Cooking Class...

but I want to know if there are some more which can be recommended...

Thanks again

PS. the cooking school as my experience, student will learn all the basic..like to use knifes, equipments, sanitary..things,

how to choose ingredients, the storage.... these are no needed ka

There's a couple of cooking schools in Pattaya, one in a restaurant on Third Road near the new Hollywood disco and there's one on North Road, near the junction with Third Road that calls itself a cooking school, no restaurant connected.

Don't know how much interest they'd be for a professional chef.
