Vertigo Grill & Moon Bar Question

Featured Replies

hi guys..

brief intro, (malaysian going to travel to bkk for a short holiday with gf), just graduated so planning to take my girlfriend for dinner in vertigo. (not working yet =( )

problem is, everybody says that vertigo is such an expensive place to go.. and with my tight-budget i do not know whether that will allow me to achieve that.

if both of us just ordered like probably iced lemon tea with just a standard main course, how much would it come up to?

thank you so much for helping me out here! i owe you guys lots!

if you are on a tight budget, don't eat there. just go to the bar and have a drink/take photos etc. should be under 500 THB

Vertigo is expensive. Drinks at the bar cost about 350 each including cokes and such. Not even sure they have ice lemon tea at the bar. They would not seat you at a table in the restaurant unless you plan on eating dinner.

Better option. Go to State Tower at Scriocco. Drinks are expensive as well but you can walk around the sky bar and admire the view and are not forced to buy drinks since you are not seated. Atmosphere is great as there is usually a jazz band playing at the top of the steps with live singer.

Vertigo used to be my favorite and still is for the sunset view but Scriocco is has more energy. Unfortunately as it faces the city you don't have a sunset view if that is what you want.

i was in moon bar 2 wks ago, drinks at 200++, including mocktails etc.
