เสีย is a verb but following a modifier or verb intensifies the past action as you say, are you sure about ได้เสีย ?

อารมณ์เสีย - aa-rom sĭa ........................................ be upset ; have a bad temper

I have normally encountered arom sia, or just as often sia arom, as to lose a good mood, as when the mood changes from a positive, convivial, or romantic mood to something less so.

:D The very reason I found this list of words was because I was looking for "sia-arom" which is what a girl said to me when I asked her why she was looking upset!

I found out later that she is always saying that (sia-arom), and that she always looks moody! :o

Edit:

I also wanted to check the meaning of sia-arom or arom-sia, because I remembered we have a member with the name "aromsia". So he probably knows a word or two of Thai. :D

The whole list came from the Thai2English website (link in first post), but on checking the individual translation for ได้เสีย, I can see why you question the translation given in the list above. :o

My fault I only looked at เสีย in the dictionary before posting. I now see from looking up ได้ that ได้เสีย is a verb meaning: to have sexual intercourse, to get money and spend money, and to get a result. Quite logical really! another word where it would be good to see it in context.
