1. Get some brown rice, put in deep microwave bowl

2. Put in tap water 25.4 mm above surface.

3. Set Microwave to pretty hot

4. Watch it does not boil over

5. When you think it's done..can't see any water, mix in handful of raisins and cut apple, or whatever.

6. Return to microwave for a while

7. Remove and tip in Soya Milk (Sugarless), and/or delicious but you know what, fresh coconut milk.

Aloy mak and great for limited budgets.

When do you have this? sounds like a decent breakfast. I stick to porridge, soybean milk also and pour into a bowl with fruit, bananas cut up in the bottom in Thailand and dried or fresh (any available) in England. I cant make a decision on what to eat so both here and England it is the same every day.

What a flexible recipe! I could make some suggestions but that would just be silly... Ok just a few:

1. Whisky? :D

2. deep fried cockroaches? :D:D

3. :o

Thats a very simple, I have another one

Cook some rice and put about a table spoon of soy sauce in it and mix, tastes nice, I even put a half a table spoon of butter in it sometimes.

Tastes nice.
