Yes, until they hit 50 or so, then they lose it fast. Not all, seeing they're less likely to get fatter, but more and more each year with the western diet influence many adopt. I see many women here who are my age and look 15 years older, because of that sun. Their legs stay in better shape than their western counterparts, from all the daily squatting Thai women do. The smart ones are the ones who cover up head to toes every time they're outdoors, especially farm working
