thaigerd
Friend asked me some days ago to make some Cumberlands for him, just finished to make them: ...and had one for my dinner just now. Gerd
sbk
Gerd, just one question. Can I come live with you?
thaigerd
Sure..............but you will have to replace my wife(we are not married but after 8 years I can't call her girlfriend: -you have to take care of 2 Rottis + 1 Boxer -you must be able to make average 10kg of sausages per day(she does great!!!) -you must tolerate a "husband" who spends hours in front of ThaiVisa -you must be able to accept phone calls from me like:"I'm coming home in 1 hour, be ready to fly to BKK with me for a live concert, back next early morning! enough? sbk
Well, if your food is as good as it looks..... I think my husband might object. but then, if he saw your cooking like I've seen your cooking (here on ThaiVisa--I have noticed all the yummy food) he might just tell me to stay home and he'll come live with you! thaigerd
I'll offer you a deal: You keep your husband and I will bring some sausages next time I am in your area,ok? Gerd
sbk
Well, it would be a great deal except my husband is mostly out fishing anyway. Can I tell him that if he promises to stay home more you'll bring some sausages over?

Beachbunny
Friend asked me some days ago to make some Cumberlands for him, just finished to make them: ...and had one for my dinner just now. Gerd Just curious where you get the casings. I like to make my own sausages, but have trouble finding cleaned casings....or any for that matter. thaigerd
Pork casings you can get from MAKRO, sheep casings are much more difficult and very expensive. Gerd
