February 25, 200917 yr OK I was not born in the baby boomer years, so obviously I'm not old. My feeling is that 95 is getting old, hopefully when I reach 95 I will not agree with that statement. I hate mirrors, they lie, lie, lie. I don't look that old. When i feel old I will let everyone on TV know. Don't hold your breath........ that gets harder as you get older also. Enjoy whatever you do, you only get to do this life once. Apparently some of you enjoy being miserable grouches, but hey to each his own.
February 25, 200917 yr One of the best compliments I ever got some time ago was on *another* forum, when a 60-something year old war veteran assumed from my political posts responding to him (I was on the other side of the fence) that I was as old as he was- which was a bonus at the time of about 30 years. If I lost all my friends who were at least 20 years older than me, my life would be much poorer. If this forum lost its older membership, it would also be much poorer.
