5. As much luxury as one can have for a budget is 7,000-10,000 a month..

Basically looking for a place to spend summer break and wait for my wife to give birth..

I am in a similar situation to you, as I am currently looking for a one year rental in the same areas. There are lots of studio apartments for under 10K baht on a month to month basis, but anything with a separate living room and bedroom, and a western style kitchen is hard to find for under 20K a month.

One thing that you have going for you is that you are coming into slow season, so if you are not seeking a full size one bedroom apartment or larger you will have tons to choose from.

Natty on 089 430 8454 is a great agent -tell her that her pi chi sent you :o
