Switch From Type O To B

I have a Type O visa but have been offered a job in country. Can I switch to a Type B without leaving the country?

Yes, you just change your reason of staying in the country. But on a non-O you can get a WP as well, only when you are here on retirement you might find it difficult to get a WP and need to get an extension of stay based on employment from immigration.
