Mario2008 Posted March 20, 2009 Share Posted March 20, 2009 there are 2 location. At central Bangna or at the department of consulair affairs at Changwattana Road. To both no BTS, only bus or taxi. I went last month with my wife to bangna and she was out in 15 minutes. Had the passport within 1 week later send by EMS. Doesn't matter where you live. All passport offices can be found here: http://www.mfa.go.th/web/2633.php Just click on consulair affairs department and you get the list of addresses, including the passport offices.
