i dont know what i am suppose to do they keep telling me about a blue book for the house i rent what does that mean and how do i get one

The blue book is the home register of who lives in a place. Are you trying to get a certificate of residence? Normal Immigration requirement for a blue book is for the Thai party (the blue book they are listed in) as additional to there ID card. It often is not where they currently live.

Every Thai will be listed in a Blue Book (Tabbien Baan) Quite often it will be their parents book and they may not have lived there for years. You will not be in one but your landlord should have one for the house you rent.

The Thai Woman you are talking about will be in one.

Really don't understand the question. Your post asks about getting a Non-Immigrant "O" visa for yourself. A Blue Book (Tabien Bahn) is not a requirement for getting a visa of any kind. The Blue Book documents the legal residence of a Thai; a landlord would not normally add a temporary renter to his Blue Book. Under certain conditions a foreigner can get a Yellow Book, a condo owner would be an example. You need to clarify exactly what it is that you are trying to do.

You have 2 separate topics ongoing, a bit confusing. If you have the babies birth certificate with your name on it and/or a registered Thai marriage certificate, take to a Thai Embassy or Consulate and they will give you a Non-Immigrant "O" visa to visit your family. Nothing to it really.
