Looking for some dental advice! I've had my top wisdom teeth no worries for a while now... but lately one of my bottoms have come up and my gums didn't have any room for them. Needless to say, the big mumma has made some room by pushing a hole into the wall of my mouth, and now I can't close my teeth together.

So! Should I sit things out or go and see a dentist? I don't have any problem with alignment, just the fact that there isn't enough room in my mouth.

Also, how much would you say it is for getting a tooth pulled, getting put to sleep included?

It should be a hel_l of a lot cheaper to have this done in Thailand then back in the West.

When mine were hurting having them removed was one great relief from daily headaches caused by the constant pressure that was being caused in my jaw.

I had a wisdom tooth pulled a year or so back. It was almost pleasant compared to the previous wisdom teeth extractions I had in the west. This slight female dentist extracted it with ease. The injections nowadays aren’t painful and she slowly eased it out under local. In fact it was out before I realized she’d done it.

As with any tooth extraction I’ve had there was some discomfort for an hour or so afterwards and the hole had healed within a few days.

The cost will depend on where you have it done. I used a dentist in a non tourist area and it cost less than B 1000 including x-ray.

From my 16 plus years in the Kingdom one thing I know there are plenty of good Dentists around the land of smiles, maybe this why it call such a nick name, for the good dentists/dental keep them smiliing

Not all wisdom teeth are created equal. Some come out easily, others require cutting into the gum to extract. But they must come out if they are pushing other bones.
