My Special Songkran Spaghetti Dish

Another rainy day and perfect for cooking at home :o .

Prepared my wagyu beef meat balls earlier before heading to Villa for 2 jars of Nana tomato sauce:

As you can see I've minced the beef by myself, season with salt, pepper, a bit of nutmeg, chopped onions and garlic, and some Italian herbs.

Heating up some olive oil in a pan and frying the meatballs until they've got a nice colour and are sealed.

Now adding the tomato sauce and some water(to compensate the 2 hours of simmering).

Looks good to me,can you send some over to Samui? Just as important(for me) what red wine will you be drinking with the meal.I despair at the cost of good wine here in thailand...............love a good cab. sav.to go with italian food.Enjoy your creation.

Believe me or not: I dont drink any alcohol at home, only when friends are coming.

If you would live here in Phuket I would give you a free "sample".
